One of my very favorite indian restaurants in Halle. Cozy interior, a big selection of dishes and quick/ friendly service. Looking for authentic indian food? This is the place to visit! Food is always fresh and so tasty. You can also pick your level of spiciness. Totally recommended.

Finally really spicy Indian food .... Will definitely order more often here and hopefully visit after the lockdown.

Delicious food, friendly staff, extra requests can be implemented, many vegan options, good value for money and generally a restaurant that can be recommended.

This place is a sad joke of an excuse for Indian food. In Halle though; ignorance must be bliss

For me the Shiva is the best Indian restaurant in Halle. Everything that I have eaten so far tastes very good and all requests are catered for, e.g. on the spiciness of the food. Everything is possible, from mild to Indian hot. Since all restaurants have to close in November of this special year ... the Shiva delivers or you can also pick up the food.

Nice place. Extraordinary friendly staff. Delicious vegetarian and vegan food. We even got food although they were about to close the restaurant in the evening. Highly recommend!

Our all-time favorite! The service is very courteous and reliable. Before the meal, there is always a small greeting from the kitchen in the form of a delicious snack with incredibly delicious sauces. The food is served comparatively quickly and tastes great! If necessary, rice is also handed in again. At the end there is a mangolassi. If we didn't live so far away, we would eat here a lot more often.

Very cozy, with good, spicy cuisine. Price performance is very good. And the service is always in a good mood and accordingly friendly. A visit is highly recommended!

Nice, authentic Indian food. I love their Naan, paneer chilli masala. I think their lassi can be improved. Good service, staff and owner.

Absolutely outstanding. We come twice a year from Munich and always get our regulars' table. The wait staff are very attentive and can remember our standard drinks after such a long time. Hats off! :) The quality of the food is also upscale. All in all, absolutely recommendable!

Went to this amazing restaurant few days ago with my family while we are on holiday . We had the most wonderful time . The food is absolutely lovely ! The Hotel is managed very well and the staff are very friendly and always have smile on their face .... We had the tasting menu (non-vegetarian) and it was simply outstanding. The special Chapati Roti and Daal was the best ! Best and most memorable meal we had on our vacation to Germany and environs. Good food and pleasant atmosphere. Conveniently located near and easy to find too ! I hope you all enjoy your meal in there , As for us, we cannt wait to go back again and have that amazing food 😃 Regards Sanju Pokhrel London, UK

Food is mostly good and tasty, but the owner is an extremely rude person, especially if you ask for any customization. Good place if you are okay with what they serve.

Enjoyed every bit of our time there. Staff are friendly, I can give five stars just for the lady who served us. She was really friendly and funny. It's not so common in Halle to be a foreigner and get such a friendly treatment. The food was really good. Tasted indeed very Indian. We tried mixed tandoori platter, lacknow chicken korma and chilli paneer. All of them were good. Recommended!

Shiva is the best Indish restaurant in Halle. The staff is super friendly and helpful & you can choose from a huge variety of indish dishes. You are also able to decide the level of spiciness you want for your meal. There are vegetarian options as well & everything us served with rice. Prices rate from around 10-15€. I'd definitely recommend to give this restaurant a try!

This is very good family restaurant; good to party get together too. Food is tasty!
